UPDATE UPDATE

Good Evening! I just spoke to Michele. Quincey has been regaining more sensation. Quincey will begin a new physical therapy regime next week. They have added several more therapy sessions.

Quincey is getting to visit with all of her sisters and immediate family this weekend. She's really enjoying it.

They wanted to thank you all again for all of the text messages, prayers and comments. They can feel the prayers working. They requested that we continue to pray for complete restoration.

There are alot of teenagers who are patients of Craig right now. Quincey has been able to interact with them which has been good for everyone involved. Can you imagine a better witness to the power of our Lord than Quincey? I sure can't.

"For I can do all things through Christ who gives me the strength I need." Philippians 4:13

"We are the children of God." Roman 8:16

"Call unto me, and I will answer thee." Jeremiah 33:3

God bless you all,

Shari

  1. Hi All!

Want to pray with you before we head to church.

Lord Jesus, we lift this family up in your name. We pray this day brings great joy to you all. We pray for continued strength and peace. We pray for continued healing of Quincey's body. We pray for your touch on the spine and all areas of the body that are affected by this trauma. Please bring healing to her stomach and let her food aid in making her body strong. Lord give them comfort every minute of every day. Give them rest to keep them strong. These things we ask in Jesus' name. Amen!

    Love you ALL!

  2. Quincey,

We have been thinking about you a lot and praying for your complete healing, mentally physically and spiritually. We KNOW you are healed and we have faith. Our service at church today made us think about you. It was about the challenges of faith; when our faith is challenged when we are wondering "When, Lord" or "Where, Lord?" or when we have the challenge of an impossible situation. The pastor used the example of Abraham and Sarah waiting for the son they had been promised in their old age and how their faith was challenged when they had to wait so long for that promise to come forth. But we know that even when our faith is challenged, that God will see us through, and when He says something will happen, it WILL HAPPEN. We know you have heard this verse a lot in the last month, but we don't think you can hear it enough:
"Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see."
    Hebrews 1:11
We have faith in you, and by God's Grace you will be healed. We love all of you and are praying for you all.

  5. Quincey,
Sure was nice to see you last week, you are a inspiration to me and my hero. I don't understand a lot of things in life Quinc, but I know your going to walk and run again, we'll look back on this and wonder why we worried about this at that extent. I don't know how the road is going to be, and nor does anyone else but I know through your determination, will, faith and heart in life through christ you've got the lion by the tail. We are praying for you buddy. Concentrate on eating and getting healthy, smile and laugh as much as you can! Get that blood back in your eye! and GET'R'DONE!

    Your Proud,
    Uncle Trent
