Scriptures

Good evening. Tonight was one of those nights that are likely to happen on occasion, I was unable to reach anyone. As soon as I hear from someone, I will blog as soon as possible.


"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path." Psalm 119:105

"He cares for those who trust in Him." Nahum 1:7

  1. Hi Quincey - I am thinking about you tonight. Hope that you had a good day today and that Wednesday will be better. Our weather is nice, but the weather by you sounds warm and comfortable. We were in Longmont this past weekend and enjoyed the warm, but then we had to come back to snow and to take care of Tigger cat. We haven't talked with your dad yet, but maybe tomorrow. Keep smiling. You cannot do this by yourself though...relie on Him...give Him your troubles...He is your source of strength...and HE IS FAITHFUL! Have a wonderful week. Misty

  3. Quincey,

    Wanted to check in last night but our darling Sadie Dog had other plans. It involved a toy swallowed and steps required to remove it. I'm relieved to say once again hydrogen peroxide worked its wonders. I'm sure people driving by wondered why I was following around a dog in the dark with a flashlight looking at piles of puke. Did you guys ever have trouble with Howdy ingesting things he wasn't supposed to? This girl is always an adventure. She's draggin' a little today, but she will be fine.

    Hope therapy hasn't been to grueling. Your coaches will look pretty good to you after your physical therapists get done.

    We have a couple more bible verses for you.

    ~Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. Proverbs 3:5~

    ~It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect. Psalm 18:32~

    Words from the Lord are POWERFUL!!!

    Our prayer for you today comes straight from 2 Timothy. May the Lord be with your spirit. Grace be with you.

    I am amazed at what God is doing in my life. This last week has been a confirmation of something huge. Just as it has been a fulfilmant,it has been a test. I have discovered a lot about myself, my faith and having a vision.
    I want to encourage you all: 1. Take time to seek God. 2. Listen to what he is saying. 3. Let his voice build a personal vision. 4. Stay committed to that vision. 5. Do not be distracted.

  6. Hey Quincey. I spoke with the teacher who will be working with you today. She shared what a joy you are. She is so impressed with you. I told her I feel the same way. You are a terrific person and God shines through you. You are touching people everywhere you go. Thank you Quincey - thank you for being you.
    Oh and by the way - office aide and lunch? I'm sorry you'll have to make up those credits on your own.

It is from Lamentations 3:22-23 - "Because of the LORD's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." So here is something for you to look forward to EVERY morning; not once in a while, but every morning - His compassions and His great faithfulness. WOW! What an awesome God!
